Staff were friendly, and the room as nice, but a couple of issues, check-in at 2 but the room wasn't ready until gone 2.30, no toilet roll was left in the room. Pillows could be a little firmer and TV reception needs to be improved. Bath lovely and breakfast was nice

"Lovely hotel, with lovely clean, well appointed rooms. We stayed on a Saturday when the football was on next door, but other than the lobby being busier you wouldn’t have known. Lad at reception was friendly and the Hilton chocolate chip cookie was a nice touch. Only thing to consider would be perhaps providing the option for a firmer pillow, but appreciate this is entirely personal preference. "
