The staff were great. The room was clean and comfortable however the pillows were too thick for me, the bathroom fan made loud noises as if it was going to break. The air conditioner and fridge both made a loud buzzing noise.

Hospitality at its best.

Impeccable and generous service! Not fancy, but spectacularly friendly, clean, well staffed, and with many more opportunities than I could use in my brief visit. After 15 hours in transit and a 23:30 check-in, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

we booked a basic room for our short stay. The room was fine but smelled odd and had a view of the gas station. This made it loud at times. staff was friendly and my daughter enjoyed the pool . The shuttle was very handy.

Quick trip to Victoria

Great location. Very clean with excellent friendly and informative front desk staff. Included breakfast was typical of price range. I skipped it as I usually do. (Why eat mediocre calories just because they are included?) Hotel shuttle picked us up from airport with minimal wait. We were able to take the hotel shuttle to the ferry terminal as well. There are BC Transit busses within 3-4 blocks from the hotel to take you to downtown Victoria or Butchart Gardens, but they were very crowded with standing room only for the 50 minute ride. I would recommend paying up and using a taxi service instead. Otherwise the room was spacious and comfortable. I could hear road noise and airplane noise inside the room, but my sound machine app on my phone did its job. I would stay here again for a short stay due to cleanliness, friendly staff, and excellent convenient location.

Convenient hotel in a good location but extremely overpriced. Nearly $400 for a basic room that is need of a refresh and a very basic breakfast in a dingy basement room. Pricing needs reviewing as this hotel did not offer value for money. The airport shuttle was convenient and why we booked it however I don’t feel that amenity justified the very high room price.
