We arrived early Sunday morning for a room booked for Saturday and Sunday nights and were told "the system is down" and the front desk employee was unable to check us in. He told us the system had been down since around 3pm, so even if we had arrived earlier we would not have been able to check in and were not notified of this at any point during Saturday. We were also not offered any solutions whether it be a refund or calling another hotel. I still have not been contacted by the property (I have reached out) or offered any kind of refund.

Curtain was ripped, remote had no battery cover and there was no clock in room. Tried to use the phone to set a wake- up call and the phone did not work. I went to the front desk and was told "I don't enter rooms I just work the front desk." This was my worst stay ever.

I just needed a place to rest my head while traveling. It was clean and quiet. There was no fridge or microwave. There were a couple old cigarette burn stains on the tub. The room did not smell line an old smoking room. Complimentary toiletries were 2 small bars of soap. The price was right for what I needed.
