Apartamento con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños y parking gratuito. Capacidad para alojar 4 personas. Está situado en el corazón del centro histórico de Sevilla, en la calle Florentín, a tan solo 50 metros de la Catedral.

Los interiores están decorados dentro del estilo neo-clásico. Predomina el mármol rojo, mobiliario de madera oscura y obras de arte originales.

El salón está equipado con un sofá, 2 sillones, mesa comedor y sillas. Aire-acondicionado centralizado, calefacción, ventanas de doble acristalamiento, internet WIFI y TV.

La cocina está perfectamente equipada con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos necesarios. Incluye: microondas, horno, lavadora con secadora y lavavajillas. Hay un cafetera Nespresso.

El dormitorio principal tiene cama de matrimonio (150x200cm) y un gran armario. Cuarto de baño privado completo con bañera y ducha incorporada. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales (90x200cm), armario y mesa escritorio. Ambas habitaciones son muy tranquilas para dormir.

Great location, ample furnishings and comfortable seating. Comfortable beds only one set of sheets so must wash and dry early to have the bed made for the night. Plenty of dinnerwear and cutlery. Happy to have use of a grocery trolly. We arrived before check in time and were able to get into the apartment early. Some of the blackout drapery coming away from the rod. Some areas a bit grungy and could use a good scrub. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Location, location, location

The location of the apartment could not have been better. Many sites, restaurants and squares were within 5 to 7 minutes. The furthest walks we had were the Mercado de Triana and the Plaza de Espana which were 15 to 20 minutes. The recommendations provided b6 the host for Tapas Bars, Restaurants and Cocktail Bars were spot on.

Localisation idéal

Great location but a bit noisy

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment and thought the location was amazing. That said, its position near the cathedral and the surrounding tourist area meant there was a lot of noise at night. We resolved this with earplugs. Two negatives: it could have been cleaner (floors were very dirty) and the twin beds aren’t comfortable for adults.

Great Central Location with Parking

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spacious. They had someone waiting for us to guide us to the parking garage, which was a little tricky. Ishmel was very kind and gave us some great recommendations for visiting the city and eating. We highly recommend this place.

Great location, charming and comfortable

The location of this apartment is excellent! We were comfortable and it was quiet -- nicely tucked away off the busy street. Access in and out of the property is very easy, and the property management is extremely responsive and helpful for any questions or needs. One recommendation to upgrade: there are no blinds in the kitchen or dining area, and the office workers directly across from those windows start their day early on weekdays! Overall we were very happy with this property and would stay there again.

Oublié votre GPS localisation incroyable

Notre GPS nous faisait tourner en rond mais grâce à Damian ( le contact) qui est venu à notre rencontre nous avons été capable de trouver l’endroit. La localisation est exceptionnelle, nous avons adoré. Le stationnement est vraiment apprécié. Tout est tel qu’indiqué dans l’annonce. Je recommande ce logis.

The location of this property is phenomenal. Right next to the cathedral. There is a good amount of space and the property is charming. We wnoticed that there were stains on the linnens even though eveything seemed to have been freshly washed. This could have been better.

Great location

The apartment is very well located, maybe a half block from the cathedral, convenient to the town center. It's reasonably spacious with small but functional kitchen,. nice living area, good A/C. There are some city noises, but they were not intrusive. Really everything about the apartment warrants an overall 5 star rating.....except...the cleanliness. It wasn't shabby, but the corners and edges of the floors were not clean. There was accumulated grime under the radiators and cabinets. The edges of the door panels layered with dust, etc. And the cabinet under the sink in the bathroom was rotted and covered with black mold. The place needs a deep cleaning. Badly. But, not bad enough to try to move out. The bed was firm and comfortable, towels provided, etc. All in all, an acceptable stay except for that. I still would recommend.

Great location in Seville

It wasn't easy to find, but Manuel was very helpful on the phone, and Joao was there waiting to show us the way. The location of this apartment could not have been better. We had a number of concerns about the unit, however. Many areas were not clean. There was very little toilet paper left in either bathroom. Many of the dishes were dirty, and most of the very few mugs were badly chipped. And, the shower in the 2nd bathroom is so tiny that it is effectively unuseable.

Unit was nice but smaller than it appears on line. The second bath was extremely small. Shower stall was very small and shower curtain was hard to keep water from running onto the floor. Location was good

We had an amazing trip to Seville and staying in this apartment was the perfect location for us to enjoy all the attractions and restaurants. It was close to everything and within walking distance. The location of this apartment was excellent! It was walkable to shopping, dining, and the sites. We always felt safe. The apartment comes with a garage space for parking which was really very nice. The kitchen was perfect for early breakfasts or for meals when not going out. There was a toaster, microwave, full size American fridge, oven, dishwasher AND washer (Candy brand) dryer! The common area was large with a big table for eating or playing games. There was a tv but we never turned it on. The rooms were spacious with fabulous closets! I would have given it a 5 star review except for the fact that the air conditioning was out during 4 of our 5 nights with temps in 84 degrees (mid October).The heat, plus the church bells that rang throughout the night made it impossible to get any sleep since we had to leave the windows open. The management and maintenance personnel were always available via email or phone and were updating us on the condition of the air conditioning repairs. I would recommend this apartment, especially in November!
