Beautifully renovated hotel. The staff is very kind, gave us a nice tour of the hotel too. We only needed to stay for one night, but would have definitely stayed longer. The rooftop is a nice plus, has great views of the sunset.

A little slice of Sevilla

Our one night stay left us wishing we could extend our trip. The staff were wonderful and informative, the location exceptional, and the facilities were beautiful. We even got to enjoy an impromptu Flamenco performance in the square right from our balcony! Only issue was the use of transportation to and from the hotel as the main road to the hotel site was currently being repaired. This, however, is only temporary. Very very highly recommended!

I would like to say that my wife and I are fortunate to travel a lot. That being said this place totally stands out as one of the most customer centric places i have ever stayed at. The level of attention given to us what outstanding, from Dayron mixing fabulous drinks to Christina serving us at the breakfast. Neil, Fernando and Ignacio at the concierge desk are just are a few more names. If you want to stay in a great place and feel like the staff cares about you, I strongly suggest you give the Mercer Plaza Sevilla 5 GL a visit. The rooms are nice, the place is clean and what makes the real difference is how committed they feel to making your stay great.

We had the most incredible stay at the Mercer Plaza Sevilla. The property is amazingly well located, walking distance from everywhere, the staff were incredible, super helpful and providing the best service we have ever experienced in a hotel in Europe and the rooms are lovely. We stayed at the Mercer suite, a 2 floor apartment overlooking the central square, and it was an absolutely memorable stay. We hope to be back soon!

Occasionally you will find a hotel where the staff have the right attitude to guests, never overbearing, always welcoming and polite and always ready to interact with you when you want. Anticipating what you would like with a smile. The hotel is good but the staff make it better and when it comes to good quality hotels the world over it will always be the staff that elevate the experience. The staff here are exceptional and deserve praise.
