Spacious 2BR/2.5BA townhome in a quiet Sevierville neighborhood – just 13 minutes from Dollywood. Easy drive to top local attractions and shopping. Enjoy the private hot tub, an arcade, smart TVs in a relaxing setting. Full kitchen, WiFi, washer/dryer included. Sleeps up to 8 (bunk bed best for kids or smaller adults). Pet-friendly with fee. Convenient location with easy roads – no winding mountain climbs. Ideal for families, couples, and anyone seeking comfort with quick access to everything.

• The townhouse can accommodate up to 8 guests, if 4 children will use the full-size bunk bed. Please note that this bunk is generally more suitable for kids or smaller-sized adults.

•Please note that this is a two-story townhouse with both main bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with a bunk bed) located upstairs. A queen-size sleeper sofa is available on the ground floor. There are 15 steps between the two levels, with baby/pet gates installed at both the top and bottom of the stairs – one is foldable, and the other is metal.

• Dogs are welcome with a $75 non-refundable pet fee (limit of 2 dogs; sorry, no cats). Guests must provide their own pet bedding. Pets are not permitted on beds, sofas, or chairs. Please clean up after your pets—waste bags are provided for your convenience.

• Due to the natural setting near a national park, insects may occasionally be present.

• 2 parking spots are right in front of the house, and an additional cul-de-sac curbside parking is available very close to the property

• Guests will have full access to the property and amenities. Keyless entry.
