The cabin was beautiful—spacious enough for our family yet still cozy. It was spotless, and Patrick truly thought of everything to make our stay perfect. The kids loved the games, and we all enjoyed the stunning view. We’ll definitely book with Patrick again in the future!

The property is beautiful!! The setup was perfect for us. Grandparents were on main floor to avoid stairs. All children were downstairs. Hubby and I took the top floor. Everyone had their own space! We came across a bear on the driveway! First and closest one we saw for the trip! Host was amazing at communicating. He even accommodated a last minute request to shift our trip a day forward. He did so with kindness- seemed happy to be able to help in any way possible!

Loved this Cabin

The place was spacious, 3 levels, hot tub was amazing the views were great. Every level had a balcony which was nice and every room had a tv so we could spread out and watch what we wanted or hang out anywhere we wanted the video game and air hockey table was a great addition. All in all great place.

Beautiful views! This cabin is beautiful! Communication with the owner was great. If you have more than 3 vehicles in your group it will be a tight squeeze if the property next door has guests. Overall, we had a relaxing and fun family trip.

Family Christmas Getaway

The cabin was perfect for our family Christmas in the Smokies. The host was very responsive and the check in process was smooth and simple. All amenities in the cabin were as described. Parking for 3 cars was a little tight, but we made it work with no problems. Driving distance to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was 10-15 minutes and we could easily get to most attractions without encountering the typical weekend (extra parade weekend) traffic. Would definitely recommend and would book again!

Comfortable stay option with nice views near pigeon forge

It has four bedrooms on 3 different levels, including 2 in the basement. So plenty of space for 8 adults or kids to sleep. Access is also ok and we were able to park 2 cars. However, the living room and kitchen are quite small and sufficient for 4 people at a time so we rotated. The owner is prompt and helpful in communications so we appreciated that

Fall Getaway

Originally three couples, including my husband and me, planned this fall getaway. One of the couples wasn't able to go but the rest of us did. we had an awesome time. The cabin we stayed in was perfect. Very roomy and comfortable. The best bed I have ever slept on. The view was magnificent. We were able to see the "fake" tress at the entrance of the sub division which were very unique. The best accomodations in Pigeon Forge.

Smokey Getaway with the Family

We enjoyed our stay at Patrick's Sevierville Cabin. Our family of 7 and a newborn stayed for the week. We each had space for bedrooms which was super nice. I will say that if you did have 12, you would be cramped for space. There is lots of bedroom space but the hang out area upstairs won't fit more than 6 for seating and watching TV and just enjoying visiting. The beds are very comfortable-all of them. The location is PERFECT- convenient to everything you may want to do in the area. There is also a Food City and a Publix we used for groceries that were both under 10 minutes drive. Dollywood and Gatlinburg and the Island- all 20 min or less away! The water pressure in the cabin can be low if you have 2 or more showering at once, so we took turns. There is lots of cookware for preparing a meal. We didn't use the hot tub very much- I think it needed a good cleaning. The decks have awesome views! We enjoyed sitting out there and seeing the mountain views on all 3 levels. There is a water softener used for all water sources so if you are elderly, it could make for slippery showers or exits. It didn't bother us , though. Patrick, the host, is very responsive, friendly and accomodating. We enjoyed spending the week here, and would definitely consider staying again! Thank you for being an awesome host! PS- the upstairs level that holds the master is a really great space for spreading out and having some quiet time away from the rest of the house guests. We loved it!

Beautiful views and lots of activity nearby

Happy campers

The property is in a great location. It is very nice and was very clean. Everything was well thought out and had a purpose. We did not want to leave. The owner even offered us an extra night! Cozy Getaway!

Cabin is nestled in the mountains. Lots of quiet. Pet friendly so my fur baby was happy! Last cabin on the street so pretty private. Owner was great and reached out to make sure we were happy with our stay! Would stay again!

Perfect stay with a scenic view of the mountains

We really enjoyed the stay in the house.. the best part is, you get to see the entire mountains chain with no obstacles.. 3 floors in the house give privacy to each group who are staying in the house together..Best place to stay if you really like the mountains..

Great for a family getaway

Beautiful views of the mountains which you can enjoy from 3 different decks. So much to do within a short drive. Property was clean and had a cute bear theme. Our family had a great time.

5 stars for us! This property was perfect for our extended family vacation! The views from the balconies are amazing. Having 3 floors gave each family their own floor/privacy! The location is just right outside of town and close to all attractions including Gatlinburg! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved staying there! The cabin was very nice, clean and well stocked. Although we brought extras, we never had to use any of it. Patrick was awesome to communicate with. Very prompt and very accommodating and gave us an awesome deal for an extra night. We will definitely go back!!

Great, convinient stay!

Our part of 7 (including 2 teens) had a great time at this property. We played so much air hockey! This house was clean, easy to get to, very close to town. The hot tub was a great feature, even though the weather wasn't as cold as we expected. I'd highly recommend it to others looking for great views and convenience to Pigeon Forge's amenities.
