Overall nice property esthetically but did have a lot of opportunities. For example we discovered a mouse downstairs in our bathroom the morning we checked out. The microwave in the kitchen wasnt working and I reached out to tell the owner, I was asked to send a video, smh. Beautiful kitchen but consider offering a better assortment of pots and pans. With a kitchen like that, the cookware should be a reflection. Some of the games in the game room were missing pieces. And we were unaware of one of the beds being on the floor. Which was not communicated prior to us checking in, and last but not least the water pressure was TERRIBLE!!!!

This was a family getaway to visit Dollywood and the area. 16 people in our party, all 15 years of age and older. Accommodations worked out very well. The house was well supplied with linens, dishes, etc. Not sure what the issue is, as we did not inquire, but the hot water pressure was very low. Did report to the host that the cushions on the deck furniture are in need of replacing. The host was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. All in all, a very positive experience.

The place was great beds were super comfortable. Pool got action from the Kids daily only thing I’d like to seen was more cooking dishes. We had a family at 10 so larger parts couple more skillets when you’re having to cook for that many really comes in handy besides that the place was fantastic.
