The space
Enjoy direct access to the entire cabin and outdoor amenities, including a private pickleball/basketball court, fire pit with free firewood, wraparound porch, and a fully equipped outdoor gym. Sleeps up to 15 across 4 bedrooms, with a private bathroom in the primary suite and scenic Sevierville mountain views throughout. Xbox, classic board games, life-size games, and more ensure friendly competition indoors. Perfect for family fun, stargazing, and gathering by ambient lighting.

The fully stocked kitchen includes high-end appliances, quality cookware, and everything needed for home-cooked meals. The open-concept layout connects seamlessly to the dining area, perfect for group meals and socializing while cooking. Whether you're fueling up before a hike or hosting a cozy dinner, the space is designed to bring everyone together in comfort.

Lake Access & Kayaks (Year-Round)

Guests enjoy private lake access year-round. From March through September, the lake is just a short walk across the street for fishing, paddleboarding, and swimming when water levels are high.

During fall and winter, the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) lowers the water level, and access shifts down the street to our private waterfront parcel, which always has water. The path there follows a rustic, primitive trail. It's an easy walk that lets you enjoy a quiet, natural setting before reaching the shoreline.

Kayaks:
Kayaks are available as an optional add-on, with pricing that varies slightly based on season and group size to help us maintain the equipment and shoreline area.
For guests booking 6 nights or more, kayak use is complimentary. Simply let us know in advance so we can prepare them for your stay.

Guest access
Guests have direct access to the entire property — nothing is shared. This includes all indoor and outdoor amenities: the private pickleball and basketball court, outdoor gym, hot tub, fire pit with free firewood, game room, and wraparound porch. Free parking is available, and the space is fully yours from check-in to check-out.

Other things to note
➤ Safety Features: The home is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and a first aid kit for peace of mind
➤ House Rules: Please treat the home with care. No smoking or parties are allowed
➤ Check-In/Out: Self check-in is available. Check-in is after 4 PM; check-out by 11 AM
➤ Trash & Cleaning: Please wash dishes, take out trash, and lock up before leaving
➤ Free firewood is provided for the outdoor fire pit
➤ A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request for families
➤ The home features authentic custom design details throughout — from live-edge finishes to thoughtful layout touches
➤ You’re just minutes from major attractions in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville
