The description was misleading, claimed as 4 bdrm, is 3 bdrm with converted garage playroom with bunkbeds. Management company very difficult to deal with. This property is not the type of property that I had had previous experence with Vrbo.

Our stay was outstanding!! My husband and I rented this home so we could get away and enjoy each other’s company, while enjoying the beautiful views. The size of the house was perfect and has all the amenities you could ever want. Great house design, decor, game room is awesome and the outdoor pool and bar is nice and relaxing! We will be going back

This was our first time staying at H2Oasis and we would definitely stay again! Our family, of 6 adults, three toddlers and an infant, had a great time. The pool and game room kept everyone entertained. We used the grill a couple of times, which was convenient and allowed us to spend more time together rather than fighting traffic. We also were able to cook breakfast in each day, saving time and money. The home is in a nice residential neighborhood and it is very quiet. It is just a short drive to Pigeon Forge. If going to Gatlinburg, we would suggest allowing an hour for traffic. We used Instacart almost daily, for Publix, Kroger, and Target. We also used Walmart delivery. No issues with any of the deliveries. The home is pet friendly and we had our little dogs with us. A large crate was provided, along with toys and food/water bowls. We had a great time! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Amazing Getaway
We were really pleased with the home, the location, and the host (Brad). The outdoor living space with the pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, and TV made it a vacation spot all by itself. It’s close enough to the action of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinberg, but out of the traffic and congestion to really enjoy the stay.Brad is very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions you may have.

H2 Oh No
Came to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, paying a premium for the promise of a pool "oasis" at night. Everything started well with 15 minute early check in granted. BUT1. Pool Falsely Advertised: All those photos of a fully lit pool at night are false. The pool was dark, making swimming at night dangerous and a potential liability. When I informed the host of the issue, they responded that it can't be fixed until well after our stay. When I explained that swimming at night was why we came, they asked to understand their dilemma that they cannot repair the faulty lighting, rather than understanding my dilemma of a birthday promise ruined. We wanted to take advantage of the attractions by day and swim by night. Too bad according to the host.2. Response Time - they claim 1 hour response time. Not delivered. I texted them at 8:31a about the issue. No response. I texted again at 11:15a, they said they would look into it and get back to me. I went about my day and had to ask a third time at 5:05p for an update, at which point they said there is no way to fix in time for my departure and there's nothing else to be done.3. Other Amenities: Darts for dart board are all bent, Laser Tag guns not charged, with no discernable charger present, air hockey table blows the weakest whisper of an air stream, old old video game console. I don't believe those paddles, joysticks and other things touched were cleaned in months.Birthday "ruined" was my reward for booking.

Elopement/ Vacation
We came to Tennessee to hand over our foster dog to his new forever family. We decided to make a little vaca while doing so and also decided to get married in Knoxville as well. This place was just as listing states. It was very clean. Very comfortable. It was perfect. We definitely want to come back to this property again with a family group. This place has everything for all ages. Great stay.

Not safe for your family
We did not get to enjoy some amenities promised. The lights on the wall around the pool did not work. The lights in the deep end did not work and we got there late. The kids were jumping in and we did not know until morning there was an extended cement ledge in the deep end. We were very lucky. The pool fountain never worked. We called Justin after the 2nd day when the toilet backed up flooding 2 bathrooms. He had it fixed quickly which was great but they never fixed the pool issues. We asked for a small portion to be refunded because we picked that home for the pool experience. They denied it saying that was not promised. It is a nice home but they do not want to live up to what is promised.

Over all it was good. Master bad wasn't great, plenty of towels, sticked kitchen equipment. Bare minimum spices, no extra trash bags, 2 laundry pods and basic small hotel type shampoo and conditioner. The game room was great, everything worked wonderfully. The pool was warm and the fire pit being natural gas was incredible! We did expect pool toys, however there were none. The location is about 13 miles from the Island but with trafiic its about 30 minutes. All in all it was great!

Beautiful brand new home.
It was fantastic they provide everything you might need except food. The pool is amazing the kids had a blast rven on cold days. I relaxed in the hot tub wich is in amazing condition and clean. The only down side is, is that its in a respectable neighborhood. All the neighbors actually live there full time. So you have to remember to stay quiet.

This will be our go to place for our Tennessee vacations. It rained everyday, but we were able to enjoy the awesome outdoor area for a couple of hours on the day we arrived. We used the game room quite a bit the rest of our stay. Zero complaints from us!

Beats Expectation!
My family and I booked this property after seeing the pictures of the awesome pool and game room. When we arrived, it was even better than the pictures! It's close enough to get out and enjoy all of the tourist-y fun when you want to and far enough away to not have to worry about traffic and noise. We definitely intend to make this spot a yearly (or twice yearly) get away spot in the future. My wife was very impressed with all of the kitchen amenities (electric griddle, refrigerators, etc.) as we normally bring those things with us. Rivaling resort properties we've been to in the past, It's been my favorite vacation rental to date, hands down.
