Gorgeous 5BR-7ba cabin; Theatre room, huge game room, close to everything!

Welcome to Time Out! This cabin has a beautiful open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and tons of natural light. There are 5 bedrooms- each with a king size bed and private en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tubs. There is also an additional half bathroom on the main level, as well as another half bathroom on the lower level. The top level of the home has 2 king suites as well as a loft/sitting area/office area. The main level has a large kitchen with all the amenities, a large living room with new couches as well as a big screen smart tv, and a laundry room. There are also 2 more king bedrooms suites on this level. Then head downstairs to the game room, where you'll find a pool table, DoubleShot basketball game, Golden Tee, fooseball, air hockey, board games and a hot tub on the back deck. There is a separate living area with a large screen tv, AND a theatre room. There is also a 2nd kitchen and a 5th king bedroom suite, again with it's own private bathroom. ALL FIVE bedrooms in this cabin also have their own private outdoor balconies. This cabin is truly beautiful, and it's very centrally located to shopping, dining and entertainment. You won't be disappointed!

The cabin was not very clean at all. Several of the light bulbs were out. Several of the light bulbs were different colors. The big thing is that multiple of the smoke detectors are missing and the wire is just hanging out of the ceiling. Some of them that were missing were in the bedrooms which is NOT okay. One of the chairs in the bottom level with all the games was broken from the time we got there. Several rooms were very dim due to the non-working light bulbs.

We have 5 families in our family (Mom & Dad, four children and their children). Each family had their own master suite. The space was very accommodating, as was the host. It is very well stocked. I highly recommend this for large groups/families.

The cabin and layout was great. We really enjoyed that each bed room had their own rub and shower. The hot tub worked great. The proximity to shopping, food, and attractions was a huge bonus for us. It was clean upon arrival, but I felt like it wasn’t super deep cleaned as just walking around our feet became super dirty quickly. Only downfall was 10am checkout and not being able to stream movies without using your own service especially with a movie room.

Beautiful home with stunning views!This house was easy to find—especially convenient for our group arriving on motorcycles. The space is ideal for large groups or families, with a fantastic game room and spacious dining area that made gathering together really enjoyable. The owner was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated.There are a few minor maintenance issues worth noting: one stove burner wasn’t working, a couple of the jetted tubs were out of order, the freezer had a small leak, and there was no sound on the TV in the theater room. None of these were dealbreakers for us, but worth mentioning for future guests.One thing to be aware of: the listing doesn’t clarify that basic supplies like paper towels and toilet paper are limited to just one of each. This was included in the arrival notes, but I’ll admit I didn’t read them thoroughly—so just plan to bring extras!All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend this property for anyone traveling with a group!

Great family vacay

Fun 4th of July family vacation. Cabin is huge with everything you need. Basement area kept everyone busy with pool table, basketball, golden tee and more. Especially loved the media room with updated seating - not what is shown in photos. Only downside was the internet was spotty but kinda expected that being in the mountains. Did make it hard to watch tv in bed. Location was wonderful. Not too far from the strip and the ride up is fully paved which is great. Didn’t use the hot tub because it was too warm outside but it did look really clean. We had family ages 17-68 and everyone loved the cabin. Will definitely remember this one for future visits.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is in a great location. We have some people who get motion sickness but this home was easily accessible. All 5 bedrooms are the same with closets and a private bathroom with a tub and separate shower. The children enjoyed the games.

Girls Trip 2025

The property was just as listed in the bio. We had our annual girls trip and we really enjoyed all of the amenities the cabin had to offer. The only problems were 1. they didn't want you to stream on their Wi-Fi so you had to use your own hotspot 2. there was an infestation of stink bugs and lady bugs. Overall it was a beautiful cabin and I would definitely stay there again.

Grandma's 85th birthday celebration

Our family rented the cabin for 5 nights. It was really nice that each of the bedrooms had their own bathroom as well as having the 2 extra half baths. We utilized the sofa beds which worked out nicely too. We cooked our meals 4 nights out of the 5 and the kitchen was well stocked. It was nice having the crockpots and larger pots since we had a big group. We had a couple small issues which we addressed with Sierra and she was fast to respond with a resolution. The kids really enjoyed the game room and we also watched a movie together in the movie room. We had a nice time and the cabin worked well for us. Our vacation ended with snow on the last day so it was perfect! We would definitely stay again.

Great house for a large group!

The house was perfect for our family of 10. Our group consisted of people from 27 years old up to 90 - plenty of space to hang out together. There is a lot to do in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There is also plenty to do at the house - large game room with a bar and a theater room to watch football! All in all a great place to vacation.

Time Out

Beautiful home. Great location. On the mountain but not so far that you can’t run to the store for something. Great layout. 2 upper bedrooms and loft area with pullout couch. 2 main floor bedrooms with stocked kitchen and plenty of living room seating. Lower level had 1 bedroom and a pullout couch in game room area. Theater room with new couches is also downstairs. Small kitchenette downstairs with bar area. Manager was super fast to respond when I had questions. Some things I brought to her attention after we left that I’m sure will be resolved: upstairs freezer had a water line leak which has affected the floor under it, possible mold above 1 shower, jets didn’t work in 1 tub and the gas grill needs replaced. It is not safe for use. The downstairs freezer was left open and the fridge was definitely not wiped down by the cleaning staff. One thing that is note worthy is that they ask you to connect your phone to the tv to stream anything because they only have dsl. As a side note: I loved that the linens were nice. They weren’t the typical white, nasty reused linens you find in a lot of rentals. I would absolutely rent this home again. It is by far our favorite we have rented since we started coming to the area 6 years ago.

The property was as described. It was easy to find and in the perfect location for going to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. My whole family was able to stay all together in the cabin with plenty of room for everyone. We all enjoyed having our own space but also big enough spaces for us to all be in one room. Property manager was quick to respond and get immediately get a plumber on site to fix a leaking faucet handle we noticed shortly after arriving. We definitely would stay here again
