We were very disappointed. The manager was responsive to our request for hot tub maintenance, but because of turn around time, we were two days without any hot tub, and then there were issues. The hot tub was drawing from well water that contained a huge amount of sediment, so even when cleaners came to replace the water and clean the tub, the water was again brown with sediment. We had rented the cabin specifically to be able to enjoy a hot tub during our stay, and we're assured that it was in good repair. The jets did not work at all. The pillows were terrible, and the bed was not comfortable. The cabin was very clean, and there was complimentary coffee, but no sugar or creamer. Overall, the cabin felt very impersonal, and like a hotel rather than a homey environment.
