In a good location however so would a box and a good blanket and arguably cleaner. The staff was helpful in trying to get a cleaner room than the one we started with but still wasn't the greatest. Bed was comfortable and front desk staff helpful that's about all i can say good about the place. Didn't get up for breakfast so can't say.

This is our go to place when we visit Dollywood. Great price but does not sacrifice quality. The staff is alway friendly and the breakfast is small but has the everything from eggs, sausage and waffles is always a must

Hotel is very old, outside has been updated. Rooms have new flooring, paint and bedding. Bathrooms have a new sink and that’s it. Older hotel with thin walls, if any rooms next to you even have the TV up a little you can hear everything. Don’t recommend, you get what you pay for. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else.
