🍁Smoky's Lodge is a gorgeous 2 bedroom cabin decorated with a Fall Season theme all year long…because who doesn’t love FALL!! Designed for relaxation, romance, and fun. Newly updated and located in the desirable Pine Haven community off Wears Valley Rd with late fall and winter views of Bluff Mountain. The cabin is less than 5 minutes (2.6 miles) from the Parkway off Light #3 in Pigeon Forge and only 12 miles from Gatlinburg and Ober ski resort. You can access McGill St next to our neighborhood to avoid the usual headache and traffic of parkway access during busy times. If you're looking for the ideal log cabin getaway experience, Smoky's Lodge is just the place you're looking for. Where else can you stay and feel like a kid again spending the night in a TREE HOUSE?

🍁If you’re tired of renting cabins that require endless zig zagging and perilous climbs up roads along with never ending walkways or porch steps where you think you need a mountain goat to access your cabin then you’ll be delighted by the very easy drive to get to Smoky's Lodge. Well maintained roads lead to the cabin with flat parking for up to 2 large vehicles. If hauling a trailer, you can park that parallel with the road next to the cabin.

🍁 Feel free to enjoy a romantic dinner while sitting at the dining room table that is located next to a cozy fireplace or a quick snack at the island in the kitchen. After dinner you can sit back and enjoy the fireplace or the views while drinking a cup of hot cocoa or watching your favorite movie on the flat screen tv in the den.

🍁 Unlike most cabins in our area that don’t offer live TV but make you stream using your own subscriptions, we offer Comcast/Xfinity live cable service with the highest internet package. This way you will never miss your favorite show or sports team!!! You can also access all your favorite apps like Netflix, Hulu or Disney on every TV with the use of your subscription from home.

🎱 Feel free to challenge your pals to shoot some pool on our BRAND NEW custom pool table or play a few rounds of Galaga or Centipede on our BRAND NEW Stand-up 60 game MULTICADE ARCADE in the lower level game room. It is perfect for those who want to entertain or sit back and relax watching their favorite sports team on the flat screen above the fireplace.

🍁 Both back decks are secluded and surrounded by native trees to the Smoky Mountains along with offering privacy for you and your family so to give you the feel of being up in a tree house. On the top deck you can sip your morning coffee while enjoying the view or sit back in the evening to watch the sun set. If relaxation is what you are looking for then come down to the lower deck where the hot tub is nestled in the corner so you can enjoy the same great views. The lower deck also offers a cozy country swing with additional seating.

🍁 When you decide to retire for the evening both levels boasts a KING Master. Both bedrooms have brand new Tempur-Pedic Memory Foam mattresses, Sherpa comforters, flat screen TV, dresser, and large closets for the storage of your belongings. The lower level master also has an electric fireplace to keep you toasty at night!! There is also a queen leather commercial grade sleeper sofa on each level for additional guests. Since pillows can be subjective, I highly recommend bringing your own just in case you don’t like the ones provided.

*Please note that over occupancy, bringing in any kind of animal, house parties or police being called on the guest is grounds for eviction, loss of rental paid plus any damage or extra cleaning caused by these events will be charged to the credit card on record.*

1. How many does the cabin sleep? 8. Recommended for groups of 4 Adults and 4 Children. With 2 King BRs, 2 sleeper sofas and 2 full bathrooms our max occupancy is 8 people per codes. Children/babies, no matter the age, count as a person. Going over occupancy risks the FD or PD EVICTING you and running out of hot water! NO refunds will be given for being EVICTED by FD or PD.

2. Do you allow pets? – No. Under NO circumstances do we allow pets or any animals. We strive to be a safe place for those families seeking an ALLERGEN FREE rental due to health reasons. Make sure to message for Peanut allergies. The cabin is also equipped with an UV air purifier system that uses ultraviolet germicidal UV light that destroys living airborne pathogens such as viruses and bacteria. If you are found sneaking in ANY animal you will be EVICTED with NO refund since you are jeopardizing future guests health. This is due to anaphylactic responses with my youngest child. Also the credit card used to reserve will be charged $750, which is my cost to have a deep clean of the cabin and carpets cleaned. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made!!

3. What views to expect from deck- There is a partial view of Bluff Mountain ONLY during late fall & winter months once the trees have lost all their leaves. There is NO view of Bluff Mountain during spring and summer. Expect to have a mostly treed view like being in a “treehouse”.

4. Is the cabin decorated for the holidays? – YES. Imagine if Hobby Lobby and Cracker Barrel had a baby…that would be us!! The cabin is decorated with a FALL Season theme and will be decorated in all things that scream FALL all year long when not decorated for Christmas Nov 8, 2026 - Feb 21, 2027.

5. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 3pm and must checkout prior to 10am on the day of your departure.

6. When will I get the door code? – The day of checkin when the cabin is ready. A new code is generated at this time for every guest.

7. Do you provide fire wood? No need, both of our fireplaces run on gas. Operational Oct 1-March 1

8. Are Fire Pits allowed? – Fire pits are NOT allowed anywhere on the property.

9. What household supplies are provided? – We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, mini dish detergent, 1 dishwasher pod, 1 laundry detergent pod, 2 kitchen trash bags, travel size bar of soap per bath. We do NOT provide shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer or an iron.

10. What Linens are included? – We provide professionally laundered and sanitized linens for beds, bath towels, and wash cloths. A total of 8 bath towels are provided. Highly recommend bringing beach towels with you for the hot tub or if you plan on participating in any water activities while in town or if you have a towel hog in the group.

11. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a crock pot, toaster, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, Cusinart drip-style and Keurig coffee makers. Oh, did I mention that there is a Kroger and Publix less than 2.6 miles down from the cabin so you can do all your shopping right before you arrive

12. Do you have a washer and dryer? Yes we have a brand new washer and dryer. Don’t forget to bring your laundry detergent.

13. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? – Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay so don’t forget your beach towels!!

14. Is this cabin secluded? – Smoky’s Lodge is located on a full acre. Both back decks are very private with no other cabins being viewable from the deck except for one cabin down in the hollow to the far right. Also there is plenty of room to park a trailer in the front parking area or parallel to the street next to the cabin.

15. Where is this cabin located? – Smoky’s Lodge is only 2.6 miles off of US-441 Scenic Parkway at Light #3 in Pigeon Forge which is Wears Valley Rd. You will be in the heart of Pigeon Forge along with being down the road from The Island (3.1 miles), Dollywood (6.5 miles), Gatlinburg (11.8 miles), Tanger Outlet Mall in Sevierville (5 miles), Cal Ripken Baseball Park (only 3.7 miles), Wears Farm Ball Park and Playground (a mile away and almost across the street from our neighborhood) and The University of Tennessee's Neyland Stadium (28.3 miles).

16. Do you provide a grill? – Yes! It is a camp style charcoal grill. Don’t forget to bring your charcoal and lighter!

17. How do cancellations work? – 100% refund 14 days before check-in • 50% refund 7-14 days before check-in • Otherwise, no refund or swapping dates. Major holidays are before 45 days for a full refund.

18. Do you waive the cancellation policy for bad weather? – Refunds are NOT given for bad weather conditions. Travel Insurance is HIGHLY recommended during winter months or if you live in a hurricane zone that would prevent your travel.

19. Do you provide travel insurance? – No. If you need more flexibility than the stated cancellation policy, we do recommend the purchase of Cancellation Protection from CSA (this does not go through us) or a more generous policy that is known as CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) with a company of your choosing.
