Overall the condo was excellent in reference to location and cleanliness. We have stayed in various units with this complex and they are all very similar in nature. Love the location and easy access to everything without being in the hustle bustle of the crowds.

Excellent 2nd stay

This was our second visit in this condo. Previously there were a few minor maintenance needs that were all dealt with on this trip. Furniture is all very comfortable, everything clean, and the location is perfect! Only thing I would do is add blackout curtains in bedrooms. We used a blanket in smaller bedroom, but didnt need it in the master. All in all, an excellent stay!

We have stayed in these condos many times. They are in a safe location, and close to everything. Julie is a wonderful host. We have stayed in her condos twice. The condo was decorated for Christmas, and we even had the most beautiful tree. Loved everything about our stay.

Great location and property

We spent time in Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains and this was a great location to go between the two. The place was really clean and had the necessary kitchen equipment. The host was great at communicating. I would suggest this rental to others and I would stay here again.

Pigeon Forge Convenience

There were 2 couples on this trip to Pigeon Forge and we could not have picked a better place. This condo is right on the Sevierville / Pigeon Forge line and convenient to everything! We even walked to the Tanger Outlet mall and Walmart is closer (although across busy US441). The condo easily accompanied us and was clean and had everything you would need. We will recommend this condo to our friends and will stay again. Pam & Bill
