"Junior Suite, a bit noisy at night as close to the elevators but amazing sea view. Couldn’t get Smart TVs to work and all settings in Spanish (we don’t speak enough to work out technical manual on hols) with no instructions, strangely in both our stays the housekeeping does not provide any tissues. Welcome bottle of mineral water, tea & coffee making facilities in the room with mini fridge (no mini bar service). Excellent range of amenities across the site. B&B package was excellent value for money but remember tourist tax payable at hotel. Lovely friendly and professional staff - but most of all a big shout out to Mandy who was there to give us a very warm welcome on our first stay at end of April and our return stay in mid May. Would definitely recommend this hotel on amenities alone as it caters for everyone, and we loved the pool which like the rest of the hotel was very clean. The restaurant and kitchen staff work very hard to produce a fab breakfast with array of local produce and range of plant-based options snd milks (though the coffees are out of a machine so not very good). "

"Had a fabulous stay, lovely room, great location. Great choices at breakfast. Staff were all welcoming and helpful. Hotel is in a great location. We were slightly out of season so not all the beach bars and restaurants were open but we could see they were getting ready to open in the next few days. We still found some lovely restaurants and didn’t have a bad meal. Lunch at the pool bar was also excellent. We also booked spa time and a massage which was just what we needed! We will most certainly return"

"The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Seems ideal for families with easy pool access. Note the walls are quite thin so you can easily hear your neighbors. Clouds foiled our sunset mission but this hotel is in an ideal location for sunset. Easy walk to super market with enough general food items."
