"When I arrived late the gracious lady of the house offered a home cooked dinner which I gladly accepted. It was simple and delicious. I was hungry and tired and it was a great relief not to have to go out in search of a restaurant. The room was large, quiet and comfortable. She also assisted me with an adaptor- forgotten at home- so I could charge my devices. Very sympathetic all round and I highly recommend this characterful, period building. Just a short 30 minute drive into Paris and you can just about see the Eiffel Tower from the car park!"
