This is a wonderful house located in a very secluded place with wonderful views of the red rocks on all sides. Our whole family had a great time.Unfortunately, we had a couple of serious issues. One is that the heating in two of the rooms did not work. We called and management promptly sent a company, but the technicians did not have the part they needed, so the problem persisted during our stay.The second is that a huge fan in the living room, I would say 35lb, fell flat from the high ceiling. Fortunately, it happened in the middle of the night and nobody was hurt. Management apologized for both incidents, but did not offer any compensation. Well, they will keep our 5k a night as well as this nice review!

I barely want to write about this property as I don’t want too many people finding out about it and making future bookings difficult! We had a wonderful time on this glorious property, the only problem was out stay was too short. Nearly impossible to pull ourselves away to visit the other sites of Sedona. You can walk to the Chapel! I can’t say enough good things. Just get there.

First, the good. Communicating with Zach ahead of our arrival via the VRBO app was easy. The view and location were excellent. We were able to get everywhere within 15-20 minute drive. From our back patio we could see the Chapel of the Holy Cross and in the front, Cathedral Rock. The pool is huge and heated. The pickle ball court was fun. Now the bad. The house is huge, but the layout is bizarre. Every room was extremely dated and poorly maintained. While the property can technically sleep up to 24 people, it is no where near equipped for that. There were nine of us plus our two private chefs. None of the outdoor areas had sufficient seating. The ice maker in the fridge wasn't working. When we complained, they sent a table top ice maker. This was a nice gesture but just inadequate for a group our size. There were not enough glasses, plates, bowls, mugs or silverware. We mentioned this and they had someone drop off a bag of spoons the next day. After asking about wine glasses, they had some delivered via Amazon but the package sat in the foyer till the last day because we were not sure we should open it.The towels provided were worn and of poor quality. Several light fixtures were missing bulbs and several outlets did not work. There were only 8 pool towels provided. The photos do not depict how run down this house is. While the property managers were very responsive and the views beautiful, this was not worth the money. Would definitely not rebook.

Loved the property and amenities. House works very well for a large group. Views are amazing. There were some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed: some of which were fixed within a day, others we had to fix ourselves, and a few were unable to be fixed, All in all we had an amazing time and would definitely stay there again!

GREAT LOCATION

Everything was great! The issues my family and i had was that most of the light switches were hard to figure out and the kitchen was really small for our big family .another main issue was the beds were very outdated and uncomfortable. lastly the back yard wasn't very well lit, but i think it was to not disturb the neighborhood.

Perfect getaway spot

We met for a family vacation from across the country with 10 adults and 8 kids, ages 16 to 3. This property is magical! The pool is wonderful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. We played tennis every morning and stargazed at night. The hosts were super responsive with any questions we had. This is a wonderful and special place. We had a great week!

Amazing Property

We stayed here for our wedding weekend with a large group of friends and family. The house and property were magnificent. Views were stunning from all angles. Pictures don’t do it justice. Property manager was very quick to respond when we had a few questions. Perfect experience, would recommend to anyone!

Family Reunion

Hi Jeff and Laura, Your home, the property and its location are beautiful! All 4 generations in our family had a great time. Yes, the plumbing issue was not pleasant (the odor through the house). A couple of other small recommendations....we planned to bbq 2 nights, but there wasn't enough gas in the 2 canisters, so we had to bbq burgers on the stove top. Also, we found rusty nails/bolts loose on the ground out front of the guest house. We mentioned it to your handyman. It was only a concern because my 2 year old grand-niece stepped on one the first day. Fortunately, it didn't break skin. Also, there is a broken window crank in the downstairs bedroom, and a blind that is broken in the bedroom closest to the front entrance. Just a few maintenance issues we came across during our stay. I want to thank you for your prompt attention to the plumbing issue and your handyman was very nice and helpful. Thanks again, Brenda

Wonderful Friends and Family Reunion in Sedona

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! 14 of us adults and 5 kids had plenty of room and plenty to do- some of us never left the house, pool and beautiful grounds. Our hosts were super responsive and kind, and the beautiful setting was just idyllic. With tennis, pickleball, the pool room, video games and of course the pool, along with spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, we all had lots of privacy and could come together in the main room and outside areas. Definitely recommend this wonderful place!

Great Stay

We had a small family reunion and Sedona/Grand Canyon vacation and this house was a great fit for us. In total we were 7 adults and 5 kids and there were enough beds in the main house, we didn't even bother with the guest house. It was too hot to play tennis but the court is beautiful and the pool and hot tub were perfect. I would definitely recommend this house and Sedona is amazing. The views from the house alone are worth the stay.

Sedona at its finest

Sedona is truly a beautiful and magical. Fortunately for myself, my family and friends we experienced Sedona like no other. The house was spacious, clean, included amenities galore and I just want to add because it’s soooo important to me that the mattresses and pillows were all super comfortable. We had a resort like experience here without the staff. Of course we such a big house and a big family, we required daily housekeeping, which can be arranged with many cleaning agencies in Sedona. Now about the grounds. Wow!!! Words can’t describe how majestic it is. You fill live you’re in the middle of red rocks at 360 degrees. I can’t image there are many 6 acre properties that can offer this type of stay and experience in Sedona. Regardless. 10/10 and will return to stay here.

Group getaway in Sedona

Fantastic property and stay. The house exceeded all expectations and is truly a remarkable location and oasis. Plenty of hikes within walking distance and beautiful views of nature from within the house and premises. Host made check in and checkout a breeze and was available for any questions we had. Would come back with family and recommend for anyone looking for an inclusive stay at a remarkable property.
