I did not read the ratings, but seemed a lot nicer online. When my husband and I came to see about checking in, I went to the office as stated to check in via kiosk. The office had a very strong odor and when I got a hold of the host on kiosk, he basically just said check in was not till 3. There did not appear to be many folks at this hotel, we were there at 2:40. Felt it was a bit rude, and like I was dismissed. We ended up lost in the 140 for the room and booked at another hotel. Very disappointing.

Location amazing. Hot tub functional, good jets but could be hotter. Worst part was the bed… my wife and I kept rolling into each other all night, not comfortable and had to keep pulling the fitted sheet tight all night long.

Check in was weird. It was like a zoom call to India. No staff on site. Not as nice as the pictures. Towel rack broken. Paint peeling off the walls. No security locks on doors or windows. Not worth the $200 a night that I paid.

Despite multiple broken, shoddy fixtures and only one coffee cup, the bed was comfortable, the place was relatively quiet and clean. The odd contactless check-in was awkward and took too long. The price is right.
