This Summer Vacation home, will make your whole family happy. Plenty of world class fishing and numerous golf courses for Dad. Only 5 minutes away are quiet beaches for the kids to play and mom to read a book and relax. Only 1.5 miles from Riverview Park and waterfront dining with nightly live music. and for a day trip only 90 minutes away is Disney world.
You will love this three bedroom eco-friendly home. Living, dining, kitchen are open floor plan with smart TV, Wifi, Bose radio, comfortable seating, and a tastefully done tropical decor.
Lanai has pass-thru to the kitchen for easy outdoor entertaining or dining.
Separate laundry room has full size washer and dryer.
Key West inspired primary bedroom with en suite, king size sleep number bed and makeup alcove.
Second bedroom has twin beds and a charming coastal decor.
Third bedroom has queen sized bed with private patio for reading or drinks and to enjoy the gentle sound of the Koi pond.

Beautiful home filled with a lot of cheer and charm. The colors of the house are bright and happy. Nice size rooms. Super clean and very comfortable beds with quality pillows. We truly enjoyed our 1-night stay in Sunny Days. It was very clean, well located, and delightfully decorated! It was practically perfect in everyway (we couldn't locate the washer and dryer mentioned in the listing, and we were surprised to find the bathroom door in the primary bathroom was clear glass). The hosts were very responsive! We definitely recommend Sunny Days.

The host met us when we arrived. Walked us through the house and made sure we knew where everything was and how it worked. We loved the king size Sleep number bed. This was by far the best VRBO we have stayed in yet. This place was given “the mother’s touch” everything you could possibly need was there. We will definitely be back.
