This small, family-run hotel is very good value in a relatively expensive neighborhood. Convenient location near downtown Kirkland and not a long drive to the highway entrance, less than a block to a full-size grocery store, etc. Comfortable room. Interior hallways. Elevator. Courteous staff. You should be aware that the reception and housekeeping is effectively "remote", and there is no daily room service, which I didn't mind; you just need to ask for coffee refills, etc. I prefer not to pay for these amenities and so was happy with the tradeoff.

The room was clean and stylish! The room was stocked with amenities and there was candies in the hallway and at the front desk. It was a very quiet hotel. The only thing I thought was odd was that we never saw anyone that worked there the entire stay. When we first arrived no one was at the desk and we had to call a phone number to check in. The key cards were left on the counter for us. The hotel worker was nice over the phone and said to call if we ever needed anything.
