Other Things to Note:
1- The hot water tank is a smaller size. If you're traveling with a larger group (more than 5 people), please stagger your showers to ensure everyone has access to hot water.
2- This is a 3 story townhome in an urban environment. The main living room is on the second floor so guests will need to climb stairs.
3- There are 3 AC mini-splits on the second and top floor rooms. There is no AC on the first floor. We find that it is not too hot in the first/ground floor during summer. We also provide portable fans for your comfort.
4- Gas fireplace is a little tricky to turn on and off. You will need to open the bottom panel of the fireplace and light the pilot.
5- Garage and driveway parking are for up to 3 cars. Street parking is limited.
6- Please, help take the outside bins to the curb on Sunday evening for Monday collection.

Great place
The house is very nice. The decor is nice, cabinets are labeled, view is nice, kitchen is stocked well. If you have a car, the turn into the driveway is a little tight if cars are parked on the street in front of the house. I had a mid size SUV, which was tight, but fine. The only thing missing would be some family games. I did not see any. Host replied quickly to messages. Thank you again! Also, I love the fact that the rental is run by a group of mothers and not some corporation.

Really Beautiful Home
It's a beautiful house and I really appreciated how you helped me coordinate my family's Thanksgiving meal. We all were so comfortable, large open living room, great long dining room table.
- all the bedrooms are spacious and as listed if not bigger. great for combinations (couples, kids, singles) of guests.
- the kitchen is large and great counter space to lay out buffet and desserts. Property can sleep 8 but really does not have plates/glasses/flatware to support that many and I would advise guests to bring disposable in order to lay out a full meal. There was a lovely new roasting pan (thank you!) but not many kitchen tools.
- guests have to be comfortable climbing stairs. This is clearly listed. It's a real hike to unload suitcases/boxes from garage to kitchen and top bedrooms.
- bathrooms super clean and the master bath so relaxing. Lots of room if you're getting ready for an event.
- parking is very tight/small. If you have the option to bring the small car, do!
- beautiful view, really nice small balcony spaces. We're so glad we visited and thank you again!

Lovely property with nice views; walk to Woodland Park Zoo
We stayed in this kid friendly, but also very well appointed property with 3 kids under the age of 5. Lots of stairs but worked well for us. Lots of light, great views, nice quiet neighborhood. Parking is a little difficult; it is a tight little area and people block the driveway, which is very small and leads to a tiny narrow garage that I did not dare try to pull a suburban into. Overall, very nice. Would definitely stay here again
