We enjoyed our stay very much. Very good communication with the host. The cottage is charming and very clean, with water views from every angle. Lovely and peaceful. The kitchen was stocked with delicious breakfast items. There was a suggested breakfast menu and ingredients for us to make that happen. Great idea. If you are a coffee lover, this is your place. Fresh beans from Storyville Roasters and every possible way to brew. We didn't try the hot tub. It was a chilly week, so we weren't outside much, but we hope to return for another stay in warmer weather. Great location. We love Burien. Thanks for making us feel at home Penny!

Welcome place of rest

We loved this place and we will be back!! Beautiful views such lovely hosts and just a wonderful spot to get away yet close to everything - beach, cute shops great restaurants and even the airport! The place is very well equipped and stocked with everything you need you can tell these are long time hosts who care about their guests - did I mention the stunning views??

Wonderful stay

Just what we needed. A peaceful weeklong stay outside the hustle and bustle of Seattle. The cottage was wonderfully appointed, just as the listing said, and Penny and Doug (hosts) were wonderful. Very attentive to our needs but allowed us the privacy to enjoy the serenity of the area.

Gorgeous view and cozy suite for a romantic getaway

My partner, dog, and I loved our stay. We were very comfortable and Penny was very kind and accommodating. We admired the waterfront from the hot tub, enjoyed the short walk down to the beach, and binged a show by the fireplace. It was perfect for a romantic getaway.

The pictures do not disappoint! This was an incredible little cottage with a perfect layout for a restful and regenerating weekend. The views are beautiful from the living room, kitchen, and bedroom and the fireplace is incredibly cozy for a winter stay. Penny was an amazing host. I ended up bringing all of my dinners back because she stocked the kitchen full of fresh bread, fruit, pastries, and fridge full of breakfast foods with recipes. We ended up with breakfast for dinner and still couldn’t eat everything. This was the perfect stay, so I will definitely be back next year.

Really enjoyed our stay. Cozy place with a great view and they provide all the ingrediends needed to make an amazing breakfast. Even delicious homemade bread, cake and cookies which were baked on site. Highly recommend.

Weekend getaway

We had a lovely stay at Three Tree B&B. I recommend staying here as the view of the sound and Mt Ranier are amazing. The accommodations felt like “home”. Comfortable bed, comfortable living room, nice hot tub. It sets your mind and body at ease after traveling and sightseeing. Morning coffee was a treat using the press. We would definitely return again!
