The AC units were floor units vented through the windows. Because of this, the windows could not close properly and there were gaps that allowed bugs to enter. The first-floor unit was installed in a ground-level window, which also made us feel uncomfortable from a safety standpoint. The AC units also prevented the bedroom shades from closing completely. Although the house has three full bathrooms, there was only one hair dryer available. There were also no hooks for hanging towels, and the bathroom ventilation did not appear to work.The bedroom windows faced neighboring windows, and the neighboring windows did not have shades. The kitchen windows also looked directly into the next-door neighbor's windows, with no shades or other privacy covering.The silverware was extremely inexpensive and appeared to be Dollar Store quality.There was no guest book or information sheet explaining house rules, procedures, or what to do with trash.There were also no trash bags provided. We contacted management and were told some would be shipped to us. When they did not arrive, management reordered them and told us the original order had shown as delivered.The patio grill was available, but we did not use it because charcoal and lighter fluid were not provided and would have required an additional purchase.The floor also appeared wet at first, but we discovered that the finish/coating on the floor was actually peel.The Wi-Fi password on the blackboard was incorrect.We understand that no renta
