Beach cottage just a couple of blocks to the beach and 4 short blocks to downtown. Downstairs has the living room with cable TV/DVD/VCR, dining area, galley style kitchen and 1.5 baths. The bathroom is split where one room has a shower only, the other has the full bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms including 1 King bedroom,1 Full and 1 twin in the second bedroom. Third bedroom has 1 Queen and a day bed that has 2 twins. Adorable home with an oversized, great yard for kids. Parking for 3 vehicles only

Pros: Bedrooms were neat and two of them were spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms had more supplies than is typical, we had everything we could need. The home is in walking distance to town and the beach. The yard is so nice with outdoor seating and beautiful gardenCons:The bathroom situation is not ideal. The area outside the shower is very small and the door doesn't reach the floor or ceiling. The upstairs bathroom also has a sliding type door that is really more of a curtain so not much privacy. Also hot water runs out very quickly. The master bedroom bed frame was broken and the bed very uncomfortable.Overall this home was very cute and great for a short stay!

This old fashioned, adorable cottage was perfect for my family and me! The location is close enough to walk to the beach and the downtown area of seaside. We were lucky enough to extend an additional night since we had so much fun!

Weekend Getaway

It was a short weekend trip for our group of ladies and this was the perfect location in Seaside. However, it was really disappointing that the photos do not match the house for the bed situation. Living space was lively though and tbe vackyard was great for hanging out in. There is a king bed with ensuite toilet, a room with a full and twin bunk built into the wall, then a room with a queen, twin, and another mattress on the floor. This is not what is shown in the pictures.with

Great property with charm. Close to everything! Quiet neighborhood with little traffic. Well stocked with all we could need and more. We enjoyed our stay and if we get another opportunity we would stay here again!

Awesome location, quaint home

Perfect location, just a couple east blocks both from the beach and from the downtown area. Lots of beds to choose from and a pack and play. Bathroom layout downstairs is a little strange but it didn't stop us from having a great time.
