Perfect location if you are doing caves and hiking and want food and gas close. Clean place. Great room bed was perfect and breakfast was great! Staff was very nice as well, great choice of stay for us!

Frustrating Booking. I did not make.

I did not book this nights stay. I stayed at this motel on February 21. One night. Somehow this night stay got booked and I can't get my refund from you or the motel. 105.00night stay and I'm in Michigan last night. Very unfair. Very frustrating. Been dealing with this through you for a month. You and Motel would not cancel it. I did not make this reservation. I think it was through exfinity. Don't think I ll be booking with Hotels.com anymore.

Adequate for a couple of nights.

We had a suite, and the room was a great size. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. What made the stay less than relaxing was the poor sound insulation. You could really hear kids running constantly and jumping off the beds. We complained to the staff, but it persisted. The breakfast offering had very little diversity. It was fine for kids, but nothing to offer adults. It had the smallest indoor pool. There are hot tubs bigger than the pool. The hotel itself was nice enough for a couple of nights stay.
