Front desk staff was not helpful at all in accommodating my stay. I had booked and paid for my stay with Travelocity a week prior and upon arrival the front desk worker, Jay, said that my reservation was not paid for. Spent an hour there with Travelocity on the phone before finding a nearby accommodation. Would never recommend this Days Inn for its fraud and poor service.

We felt check-in was hurried as if the staff had something better to do. The room was subpar: it was ice cold; the tile floor in front of the sink and in the bathroom was sticky; the tub had hair in it; there were no cups or items to make coffee; and the TV input had to be fixed (HDMI 2 switched to HDMI 1) for the TV to work.

The hotel is very conveniently located to Mammoth Cave and many other "things to do while you are here". There were plenty of places to eat and places to shop. I will stay here again if I were to visit this area in the future.

Good for a quick night or two, it’s one of the closest hotels to Mammoth NP and lots of other tourist attractions. They’ve been really improving over the past few years we’ve stayed, but again, it’s a good spot if you’re not planning on spending a lot of time there besides sleeping after spending all day exploring the area.
