"This place was amazing! First you are literally staying inside a famous landmark/gorgeous castle. The spa room is absolutely amazing, used it a couple times and were always by ourselves. Rooms are standard. Our A/C didn’t work, even though the staff did everything to fix it. We just kept the window open and it cooled down at night. Breakfast was included and amazing! Would give this place a 6/5 stars and would recommend it to anyone visiting Switzerland! Side note, we visited many many towns and cities in Switzerland and Thun was undeniable the best place to stay as it is very relaxing but full of unbelievable restaurants, shops, and lounges! Thanks to the amazing staff here!"
