They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. We had 4 nights there and i told them any time possible let me go to the first floor but they just didnt care!Also its was dirty and honestly ild rather pay 20 euro more a night and go somewhere better if i knew how terrible it will be"
