This house is located in a very quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. It is convenient to several beaches and downtown Portland. The house itself was spotless and well-appointed. It is filled with light from numerous windows. The bed is comfortable. The owner is thoughtful and attentive. We would highly recommend a stay here. The only caution is that if you need "blackout" conditions to sleep you might be bothered by how light it is in the morning.

One word: perfect

Sometimes I hate to write reviews because I want to keep a house all to myself, and this is one of those homes. The tiny house is so well organized and has everything you need and nothing that you don't. I LOVE the "green" decor, which is impeccable.The bed is so comfortable, and there are plenty of extra linens and also comfy blankets for the couch. Lots of towels, including beach towels. The host, Eric, had excellent communication, was available without being pushy, and answered questions quickly. The little touches definitely made a big difference, like makeup towels, books for reading on cool rainy days, and a luggage scale for determining whether you have overshopped in Maine. :)I hope to stay here every time I'm in the area!
