Amazing property!

Our stay at Casa Sempre Avanti was outstanding! Scott, Beto and Fatima teamed up to make our vacation a memorable, hassle free experience.The property is situated on an amazing stretch of beach, with easy access from the property's back yard. The beach is clean and secluded - the locals who we met take great care of it and always greeted us with an "hola," smile and a heartfelt handshake. We truly felt welcomed to share their slice of paradise. The sunsets from the property were awesome, as you can sit on the back patio and watch the sun disappear into the ocean. In the evenings, it was fun to sit outside and stargaze with minimal interference from artificial light. The home is well appointed, clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Having access to Can Am on site (vs renting locally) was a great benefit - it was a fun way to travel to and from town.Beto and Fatima took great care of us and were very responsive. The meals were tasty and fresh - our favorites were the chargrilled fish, ceviche and chile rellenos. Fatima's salsas were also a treat! In summary, we highly recommend this property! If you visit, check out Cachasol, the tequila/raicilla distillery just off the main highway. Great food and margaritas in a beautiful setting. Thanks, Scott, for sharing your property with us!

Amazing Property

I can't say enough about how great our stay was at Sempre Avanti and Casa Pietro. Our group of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids) fit perfectly with a room to spare. The houses are clean and beautiful with tow infinity pools overlooking the ocean right outside the bedroom doors. You're just a short walk to a secluded stretch of beach which felt private (we were mostly the only ones there). The kids spent every day dividing their time between the pool and the beach playing in the waves at the shoreline. With just a 15 minute ride into the town of Sayulita this house was in a great location as well.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and made sure our families felt safe, protected, and had a great time during our stay. The property stayed clean and maintained, and our meals were great. Scott (owner) was super proactive and informative and made sure we had everything covered for the stay, from renting the UTVs to the airport transfer and ensuring the staff was set up to take care of us. We will stay here again!

Incredible!

Pictures don't do this place justice. We were looking for a quiet and secluded place and a little adventure just outside of town and it met all expectations. Scott was super responsive and accurate with all of our questions. Beto and Fatima are amazing and will be around as much or as little as you ask. Beach out front was pretty much private most times of the day and there is a cool little beach break towards the south side of the beach for fellow surfers. 10min drive into town which is much more vibrant and loud almost every day of the year. Have always loved Siyulita, but this place took it to a new level, will definitely be staying here whenever we are in town in the future.

Paradise in Mexico

The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. We spent a lot of time in the pool staring at the amazing waves and watching the sunset. German truly makes the place even better with his warmth, care and clear communication. The food and drinks were terrific too. Scott is a gracious host and always communicated clearly. Everything about the place was clear in the description. Scott arranged a driver for us to and from the airport and a can-am in order to get into town. The jungle next to us was lovely with lots of birds and many crabs. (The crabs are very scared of people so they move along). Thank you Scott and German for this extraordinary dream vacation! A week in paradise

What an amazing house in an unbelievable location. The pictures of the house do not do it justice. It is stunning and we just loved the openness and the indoor-outdoor living. Plenty of room for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers to spread out and not be on top of each other but also to gather as a family. The views are breathtaking. The unspoiled beach feels like your own private paradise. Most of the time we were on the beach, we were the only ones there. The waves were spectacular and the kids spent hours riding them. We walked up and down the beach every day and saw many whales migrating up the coast. Cannot say enough about German and Maria and how wonderful they are. They took such great care of us all week. Maria's meals were so delicious. Her fish tacos and chicken mole were better than any meals we had at any restaurant the rest of the vacation. Honestly every time we left the property we could not wait to get back. It's definitely remote and not easy getting in and out of the property (you have to drive over a dirt road and a creek) but that's kind of the point. It feels like your own secret paradise. Scott was very responsive and super easy to work with and communicate with. German even took us up to Monkey Mountain one day which was quite an adventure. We loved every minute of our vacation at Sempre Avanti. Thank you Scott, German and Maria! We hope to return someday.

Beautiful location, magical view, perfect house

The house is beyond anything that can be captured in photos. The sound of the crashing pacific ocean is enough to relax your spirits for weeks to come. The beach is extremely private. We saw whales passing by our house as we sipped beverages by the pool. The house was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable. The pizza was delicious. I wish I could have stayed forever.

This was my third time staying here. I obviously love it and I feel that it gets better each time. Scott is easy to communicate with and a gracious host. German and Maria are extremely helpful and make each stay memorable. Maria's cooking is amazing and the property is truly magical. There are so many things to rave about here, but the privacy and peacefulness is one of my favorites. A wonderful, peaceful getaway

The photos do not really do justice to the property. It is truly breathtaking. From the moment we booked until the minute we left (and after!) Scott was responsive to the many questions we had. German and Maria were so kind and attentive, and we must give special mention to Maria's exceptional culinary skills. In addition to the stunning property, the genuinely bespoke service makes all the difference. We were able to get to and from the beautiful town easily, and every recommendation was excellent. We cannot thank Scott, German and Maria enough for making sure it was a trip to remember.

A Dream Vacation

This place makes your dream vacation come try. It was scary to travel during Covid times but it is possible and Sempre Avanti makes it happen. The owner, Scott, is extremely helpful and so fast to respond to anything. He was there at the same time as us so we got to spend some time with him. Just a great person. Maria and German was excellent. Maria made me gain 5 pounds this trip- her cooking is delicious. German is so helpful. He started a bonfire for us on the beach, started the wood-burning pizza oven for Maria to make her amazing pizza, and even took us out to get our hike on Monkey Mountain started- which we would have been lost without him. We chose to rent Scott's Can-Am and we loved it! It seats 3 but I wouldn't rent it for more than that. We loved the property, the road to the property (have to drive along a little river), the secluded people. Definitely check out this property- you will love it.

Amazing Retreat

Sempre Avanti is a wonderful escape. It is in a secluded neighborhood and feels very private. The infinity pool is small and gorgeous, the views of the ocean (the sunset!) are sublime, and it's a 2-minute walk down the hill to a beach that gets very little use. We loved the design of the home, which had everything we needed. Maria and German are wonderful hosts, with German taking care of the property throughout the day, and Maria cooking wonderful meals to order. The are a lovely couple with adorable kids. Scott, the owner, was also in town, and it was great to get to know him during our stay. We were there during the coronavirus pandemic, which was a very odd time to vacation, and we hope to go back for another visit when we can truly let our hair down and enjoy everything this property and the area have to offer. Pro tip: be sure to rent a 4WD car with plenty of clearance for the adventuresome (but easy) drive to the property from the main road.

Paradise!

This location can’t be beat. The house is gorgeous and getting to and from town is a beautiful adventure! The beach is amazing and so private. Scott made sure every detail was taken care of and Maria makes a delicious margarita and is a great cook! German works non stop to make sure the property stays gorgeous. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is!!!! Casa Sempre Avanti is absolutely Gorgeous!!! Maria is a excellent cook and German was there to put the chairs out on beach for us and went to town for fresh fish that Maria prepared that evening!!! They were absolutely Great! Scott the owner was quick to respond to any question we had. I would not stay any other place!!! We are already trying to plan our next trip back to Casa Sempre Avanti! Great Family Vacation

My family just spent a fantastic week at Scott’s property.. Beach is secluded and beautiful with opportunities to catch fish from shore and swim in surf. My boys 5 and 7 loved playing in water and chasing crabs on beach. Surf can be large so life jackets are a good idea for small children. Home is thoughtfully designed with amazing views. Scott was an amazing host making sure we were comfortable. He even drove to town at 9pm to purchase Tylenol for my wife. Maria is an excellent cook and German makes sure your transportation is organized and the grounds/pool and property are well maintained. Truly an amazing vacation. Looking forward to a return trip one day.

This place is amazing!!

This house is just like the video and maybe even better because the ocean is even closer than it appears in pictures. The view, the sunsets, the pool, the PRIVATE beach that goes on for a long time, the amenities, Scott (the owner) German and Maria (the caretakers), everything was absolutely perfect! We felt completely safe at all times in the house as well as in Downtown Sayulita! The house is nestled in the jungle so you can see no neighbors, just the amazing view of the ocean. Maria is an amazing cook. Her quac and salsa and her chicken fajitas were our favorites. We also had the pizza night on our last night which was a big hit. We love seafood but were told that fish can be iffy in Mexico. Some highlights I recommend are: Have German make a fire on the beach for you one night. It is beautiful and the stars will blow you away! Walk down the beach to the left, there are a bunch of caves and rock arches. Great photo opps. Go into Sayulita at least once. Our favorite places were Don Pedro's right on the beach and the Calypso overlooking the square. Both had amazing service and food. The surf at the house was pretty rough but the public beach in Sayulita was much calmer and it was also fun to be in the hustle and bustle some times. We took surfing lessons with Luchi. I emailed her when we got there and she was flexible with times. She was AMAZING and took us to an absolutely beautiful beach. In general I would, with no hesitation, 100% recommend this house. Not a single thing about it wasn't perfect!

LITERALLY THE BEST PLACE WE'VE EVER STAYED

This location alone is literally worth every penny, but there's a ton of other things we love about this property. We've stayed twice and would come back in a heartbeat. Here's a list of what we love about it: - Beach - literally steps from the house - you can't beat that! Usually you're the only ones on it but up to only about 10 people at a time. Bring Keen sandals or shoes to climb rocks to other beaches along the shore and watch the crabs on the rocks. There's a little cave to the South side of the beach perfect for photos, and the waves are good for advanced surfers. You can still go in the water but it's not calm. We liked playing in the waves with the boogie boards - Quiet - other than the beautiful sound of crashing waves - Birds - there are a few lovely species to watch right in the yard! bring binoculars - Maria & Herman are wonderful and helpful - Maria is a fabulous cook! Our favourite were the fish tacos. - Hiking - Entrance to Monkey Mountain is very close by! - Luxury - the home itself is incredible and spacious - Dogs - we loved having the dogs around; they are sweet and gentle and it helped us miss ours back home a little less. They leave you alone if you show them the door - 40 min walk to Sayulita - we love to be active and enjoyed being away from the crowded town; you don't even need to leave the house if you have groceries and liquor - Clean - this is always important to us and Maria did a great job of keeping the place clean every day - Scott the owner was wonderful and easy/quick to communicate with. He even drove us into town a couple times! I can't speak highly enough of this place. We are already talking about coming back again!
