Perfect for our group

We had a wonderful time here. The layout of the property is slightly unusual given that it is an updated older home but it worked great for us. Good indoor and outdoor spaces to socialize. Ulysses was extremely helpful and responsive and made our stay very easy. It was much less noisy than the downtown Sayulita area, yet still only a short walk to downtown and the beach. Loved the palapa!!

Great location to town and beach

The house and pool were great for our group. The separation of the bedrooms from each other provided a lot of individual privacy. Ulysses and company were. very gracious with rides to and from the airport and all our questions along the way. The location is a nice 15 minute walk to town. Just close enough to not. E in the middle of all the fun activity. There is a little market super close for anything you need and of course street tacos very close for that I need a taco. Gracias!!!

Great clean house

We had a group of 8 individuals and the house was great. Two of the bedrooms/baths are separate from not only each other but from the rest of the house making it perfect for a large group or couples. The housekeeper came everyday to empty garbages and tidy up. It was a fairly close walk from the bus stop and only 10 minutes into the main square of town/beach. There is also a small tienda close by for those cerveza and tequila runs.
