They got my father and I a first floor room. They don't have handicapped rooms with two beds.

There is no other way to express my concern for the overall safety and health of your guest but to describe my experience as being utterly disgusted. I absolutely would not have stayed on property if my travel circumstances were different. To hit the high points of my concern: puke on the side of the building and on the grounds. The pool was filled with what looked like a green/black moldy growth. There was hair all over the room and bathroom including the towels. Black mold was growing in and around the shower/tub and I literally had blood on my pillow. Please tell me why this has not been reported yet?

They gave me a room that hadn't been cleaned and the bed had the covers all pulled back as if someone had slept in the bed.

Our room was clean and just as pictured, the hotel staff was friendly and efficient, and our kids loved the pool! We stayed for 7 days and enjoyed it immensely! We would definitely stay here again.
