This spacious 3,500+ sq ft home offers stunning sunset views over the Wilmington River. Enjoy a vast yard with a new private dock, spot dolphins and soak in nature sounds. Featuring 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and multiple living areas, including a stylish updated kitchen, this 1940s gem near Savannah Country Club is perfect for memorable family gatherings and peaceful getaways.

This is a residential neighborhood along the water, so please respect our neighbors by not interacting with them outside as they are home for the day to relax. Our backyards do not have fences so as not to block the view.

There is a neighbor to the front of this property on shared driveways who does not have access to this house or yard and also neighbors to the right and left.

While we love animals, however, we are NOT pet-friendly. The property does not have a fence and the neighbors do have animals, so for the safety of our guests furry family members we can not allow animals.

Please note that on the 7th day of your booking, you have the option to pay for a second cleaning to have fresh linens on the bed and new towels. However, starting from the 8th day, it's mandatory to have the cleaning service and fee.

If you move ANY furniture please return it to the correct spot upon check out. If any big pieces of furniture/rugs are moved we can charge up to a $500 fee. We do not want any floors scratched or furniture to break, thank you for understanding.

This property has the most beautiful views of the river at sunset. The home had plenty of room and a perfect kitchen for our large family gathering. We would definitely recommend the property and would stay there again. Jenny was very responsive to all communication. A few things to be aware of is the need for signed waivers if you want to use the dock. This was not communicated with us in advance, but the owner did work with us to complete them. Also, the home has lots of step ups and downs as you go from room to room - something to consider if you have little ones or older guests.

Excellent Accommodations for a group!

We stayed here with a group of 10 people for our friends birthday and absolutely loved our stay. The house is huge with plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable. Each room has a king sized bed which was a wonderful touch, and the kitchen was spacious enough to have us all sit around the dinner table together. The view of the river was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting in the dock and watching the sunset. Great communication with our host and a close drive to both Tybee and Downtown Savannah. We will be saving this property for future trips and hope that we can come back a visit again soon!

Absolutely beautiful home on the river near the historic district and Tybee beach

We were greeted with a hand written letter that provided local activities for the kids and recommendations for dinning and tours. The home was warm and welcoming. We relaxed near the river while the kids enjoyed the beautiful yard. Highly recommend this property! We will definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this house. The host was very responsive to any issues that arose and very quick to find solutions. It is a great location in a very nice neighborhood. It is waterfront, and would have been nice to be able to use the dock, but the dock was off limits. We would definitely stay here again.
