We chose this property for a girls' wknd celebrating retirements. None of us had been to Savannah before. We also wanted the beach experience so staying on Tybee Island seemed to be a perfect location. The best part of this property is Brittney, the host. She called prior to us arriving to answer questions and then again on our way from the airport to the unit to let us know the cleaning team was behind schedule. She checked in again with us during our stay. It really seemed like she genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful time while we were there. The unit was spacious for 5 people. The balcony was large. We were only a block from the beach and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. Because the cleaning team was short handed and behind schedule, the cleaner was still there when we got there. We actually ended up taking the towels out of the dryer and putting them away so the cleaner could leave. The cleaner was a male and wearing an ankle electronic monitor, so it was a bit unsettling. He was polite. However we did notice the unit could have been cleaner - areas that did not get vacuumed and it looked like the master shower was not cleaned. The host did offer us a late checkout for the inconvenience but due to our flight schedule, that did not benefit us.
