Staff was friendly but the facility needs updating. Bathroom fixtures and shower controls needs to be fixed. Plug in first room was coming off wall and the shower drain was clogged, had to change rooms.

Staff was super friendly. Location is great - walking distance to restaurants and the beach/pier. Beds were a little lumpy.

Parking was easy and the beach was only a block away. Front desk staff greeted me nicely. Room and bathroom were not very clean. Heater was old, but worked well. The bed was on a metal framed box with a board under the mattress. It was a very HARD mattress and so were most of the pillows. The headboard was newer but already showing worn spots. The shower looked new and fancy, but was missing half of the glass door and had a dirty, slick floor. A shower curtain replaced the missing door, but was about 6 inches too short. This allowed water to get on the floor. The "rain" shower head was nice, but couldn't get the handheld part to work. Also, the vent in the bathroom didn't work. Biggest complaint I have is the noise from doors constantly being slammed shut all evening. If you didn't guide the door gently closed it just slammed. I will not return.

Room 102 is very noisy due to the vending machines talking..plus the door isn’t fitted correctly in the frame, which allows noise to enter the room. Otherwise it’s ok for an overnight stay.

Overall, it was a good stay for the 3 nights we were there. The island does not have any chain hotels; only small, local hotel businesses. We enjoyed that we were walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the beach which is exactly what we wanted for our vacation. Our room was nicely renovated and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the shower was missing part of the door which made for a mess in the bathroom with water all over the place. It also looked like it had been taken off its hinges. We asked two separate staff members if this was normal to not have this part of the shower..one said yes and one said no. We never really knew but it was odd. Staff was informative of the area and kind.
