I did have problems checking in due to the fact that they did not give me the code to get into the private parking area. I had to call and text several people before I finally received the code. Which was very aggravating after I had been on the road. Also, the private parking area was very hard to get in and out of the parking spaces due to the columns that replaced in the area. The air conditioning unit was running constantly, and it was hard to adjust the temperature due to there was no instructions on how to work the thermostat. I had to call someone to see what I needed to do. The garbage disposal also did not work. You would think they would do the maintenance on the apartments before you actually rented them. I will say the pillows and mattresses were very comfortable. There was a dead roach under my bed. You could hear the people upstairs walking around or more like stomping around.
