Kathy’s Corner #5 in Coco is a 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath unit with a swimming pool in Las Palmas, a popular neighborhood near the beach with multiple restaurants nearby.
The Space: One bedroom has a king-size bed, a balcony overlooking the pool and a small closet. The second bedroom has twin beds and a chest of drawers. There’s a full bathroom upstairs with a shower and hot water on demand, and there’s a half-bath downstairs.
The master bathroom has a TV, and there’s another one downstairs. There are three mini-split air conditioners, including one in each bedroom. The unit has good Wi-Fi.
The living room is designed with new, tasteful furnishings and beautiful artwork. It has views of the garden and pool.
The kitchen has granite countertops and all-new appliances. Cabinets are in excellent condition, and a solid marble dining table seats six.
An enclosed, covered patio with a cozy couch has a view of the side yard. Table, chairs and a barbecue are coming soon, and there are plans to add a washer and dryer.
A medium-size swimming pool is shared by five units, and there is a shared outdoor common area.

Pet-friendly policy
We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.
