Room was mostly clean; bathroom could use a little more attention. Our toilet paper holder was missing as well. Room and beds were comfortable, area was quiet and staff were super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. Definitely not walkable but still pretty easy to get to where you needed to be in Saratoga Springs.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and courteous, the rooms were clean, and the hot water was excellent. The customer service team was responsive, although they could benefit from additional training to improve their overall service. However, I have significant concerns regarding the hotel's location and security measures. The area is considered unsafe, which was confirmed by the staff themselves. Unfortunately, my car was broken into on the property, and I was shocked to discover that there are no security cameras in the parking lot or hallways, despite signs indicating 24/7 surveillance. This lack of transparency and false advertising is concerning. To make matters worse, I suffered a burn injury to my mouth and lip due to the bistro restaurant's negligence the night before the break-in. Given these issues, I would caution potential guests to carefully consider their decision to stay at this hotel. While some aspects of the hotel are satisfactory, the safety and security concerns outweigh the positives.

If Best Western owns this property, they should be ashamed. Great staff that seems stretched. Building we stayed in smelled of mold…upon entering. Tile grout rotted and tile shifting in bathroom. Bed mattress needs replacing as it sags in middle. Hey Best Western..maintain, maintain, maintain. Behave like you care or sell it to someone who does. Don’t call it The Saratoga, because it doesn’t reflect the character and pride of the actual city.

This was a nice hotel with nice staff. We ended up staying 2 nights as we got into town a day early. Adding a night on the front endvof the trip messed up our keys. We were unable to get back into our room when returning at night. It was nearly 1 am when my husband finished work and we couldnt get back in. The front desk gentleman was very apologetic and got us into our room after about 20 minutes. They werent very willing to give us a refund on part of our stay. Nice hotel but staff needs more training. They were great folks who really tried to take care of the key issue. Would still stay here again given its atmosphere and facilities.

Very nice stay. Room was nicely sized and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. No problem parking (although there is a pothole by the US 9 entrance that does need to be fixed). The buffet breakfast was one of the better ones for hotels of this class. Good selection, everything tasted great amd it well stocked (I’ve had other hotels where lategoers have to fend for a more limited selection).
