Spacious, well- laid out 4 Bedroom/3 bathroom home with plenty of room to relax and unwind. Fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs and wants. Large dining area seats 8 comfortably. Step outside into the fully screened lanai area with a lounge area with a 65'' smartTV, dining table with seating for 6 and large pool with plenty of pool toys for your enjoyment. Close to beaches!

Our home is located in the quiet, residential area of Whitfield Estates that is close to everything, grocery stores within 6 minute drive. Plenty of dining options available nearby.
Siesta Key Public Beach is 25 minutes away, Lido Beach is 17 minutes away and Anna Maria Island and it's wonderful beaches are only 25 minutes away.
Whitfield park with a playground and grills and restrooms is close enough to walk to.
