Ótima localização mas quartos pequenos

O hotel é bem localizado e bonito por fora, mas por dentro (os quartos) são extremamente pequenos, quase sem nenhum espaço. Prejudica muito o conforto do local. Achei o preço muito alto pelo conforto que oferecem.

Fancy facade for a terrible experience

Even I telling them I was already charged on Hotel.com, they charged me again at the front desk, I did not comply because I knew there was their mistake, and I decided to solve it later , fancy Hotel building , but the room is like a match box and it was dirty and decadent.

Location is great and close to good restaurants and famous shopping area. The room is very small specially the bathroom. The shower was good but it could be more clean. The bed is very hard.

Bad experience.

Lobby ok but room was in very bad shape. Fridge not working. Water and other drinks not cold. I told maintenance but nothing was done in the three days I stayed there. Shower with huge noise. One could listen from the aisle outside. Street noite very bad. Nos sound proof windows. Weird sounds sometimes during the night. Lights would switch on aumotatically overnight. I would wake up to go to the bathroom and lights were on. This happened every night. Small and uncomfortable beds.
