Razoável. As funcionárias da recepção são extremamente lentas para fornecer informações. O banheiro é muito pequeno, não há filtro de água dentro da acomodação, a cama não é de casal, são duas camas de solteiro juntas. O lugar é silencioso, mas basta descer um pouco a rua que a sensação de insegurança faz-se presente. Não recomendaria.

Gostei muito da acomodação, confortável, limpo, organizado, boa localização...Porém, faltou apenas ter tomada elétrica próximo a cabeceira da cama, para carregar o celular de forma mais cômoda, sem precisar deixar no banheiro, na pia ou próximo a geladeira. No mais, ambiente muito bom e agradável.
