Boa localização.

Localização é o ponto forte deste apto! Para quem vai a congressos no Frei Caneca é o mais indicado. O quarto é simples e eu acho bem absurdo não ter cobertores ou mantas de frio mais grossas no quarto. Tive que ir comprar uma.. pois a noite estava fazendo 6° e quase não consegui dormir de tanto frio.

Apenas uma boa localização para o meu objetivo

Excelente localização se vc não se incomodar com um apartamento super pequeno, sem nada que vc possa usar na limpeza , que para entrar parece que vc está entrando em um presdio com tanta jaula e que não pode receber uma amiga por 10 min no seu quarto. Para mim só valeu mesmo pela localização. Apenas isso

Bem localizado, confortável e limpo. A coisa de conceito de smart living no entanto se perde pra mim, prefiro demais o contato humano em hospedagens. No check in, por exemplo, o código nunca chegou. Resultado: tive que ligar. Fora que não existe possibilidade de negociação de day use ou extensão parcial de diária. Existe um late checkout, mas menos vantajoso e adaptável que em vários lugares que já me hospedei. Mais uma vez, voltaria a ficar. Prédio super novo e confortável, cama confortável, tudo limpinho. Fiz tudo a pé. Mas é um conceito bem ruim nesse aspecto.

Loft bem estruturado com mini cozinha, frigobar, mesa de estudos, armário organizador, cama confortável, travesseiros confortáveis (4 travesseiros de 2 tamanhos diferentes). Tudo bem limpo. Achei tudo condizente com as fotos do anúncio. Banheiro compacto mas me atendeu super bem, chuveiro com ótima pressão e temperatura. Meu ponto negativo foi para o check-in que apesar de parecer que seria muito prático, quando cheguei na recepção vi que a administração do apartamento não repassou meu pré check-in e levei cerca de 1 hora entre tentando contatar a 360 Suítes (administradora do apartamento) e efetivamente entrar na acomodação. Outro ponto negativo é que não havia coberta ou colcha no apartamento, somente o lençol da cama que apesar de confortável é bem fino. Pra pedir uma coberta é uma burocracia, teria que entrar em contato com a administradora que não fica no prédio. Enfim, desisti, dormi sem coberta e passei um pouco de frio na madrugada (não liguei o ar condicionado).
