Muito bem localizado, anfitrião gentil, prédio seguro. Nota 10. Super recomendo!

Passei três noites em Santos com a minha namorada, o apartamento é bem equipado e encontramos super limpo. É pequeno porém todo arrumadinho e funcionando. O bairro é bem tranquilo, a meia quadra da praia com restaurantes, padaria, supermercado, etc tudo a 5 minutos caminhando. Só usamos o Uber um dia. Voltaremos!

Muito Agradável e Bom custo

Estive com minha mulher e filha pequena, e foi bem tranquilo a (curta) estadia. Tudo muito arrumadinho e equipado. A administradora (D. Wanda) é muito atenciosa e nos atendeu em tudo que foi solicitado. A internet, chuveiro, geladeira e fogão funcionam muito bem e correspondem as necessidades. Tudo é bem apertadinho, mas por ser uma kitnet, não dá pra exigir mais. Inclusive a garagem é bem apertada mesmo, como diz no anúncio. Os carros ficam encavalados, sem espaço de manobras, o que exige que fique sem freio de mão puxado e desengatado (coisa que o meu não era possível por ser automático) para que possa movimentar os veículos para saída... A entrada da garagem é tão apertadinho que o meu carro (Lancer) nem passava com os retrovisores abertos... Mas deu certo porque deixei na única vaga (são rotativas) que não precisava ficar desengatado e como tudo (praia, clube, aquário, shopping e outros comércios) é muito próximo, acabei passeando tudo a pé, bike de aluguel ou taxi, e deixei o carro parado nos 3 dias de estadia. Enfim, pelo custo benefício, vale bem a pena, pois é mais confortável que um hotel tipo Ibis e todos atendentes da portaria e locadores são bem atenciosos. Só o sofá cama que não é tão confortável para o casal, mas parece que irão substituir por uma cama embutida como a cama de solteiro...

Eu e minha esposa tivemos uma ótima semana em Santos. Apesar de não conhece-los pessoalmente, os proprietários Rodrigo e Gervanda sempre mostraram-se atenciosos e objetivos em todos os contatos que realizamos através de e-mails. O prédio é localizado bem próximo ao mar, e o apartamento por seu tamanho é ideal para até 3 pessoas. Tudo estava de acordo: Limpeza, utensílios, organização. Um agradecimento em especial a Joriza e aos outros porteiros do prédio, atenciosos e gentis sempre nos orientando em nossas dúvidas. Se Deus permitir ano que vem estaremos de volta! 100% satisfeitos!
