Good value for money....but , lots of street noise , very hot rooms due to intense sunshine , a/c only in bedroom not living room . But very nice area for shopping and many great restaurants and sandwitch shops all around . The big Jumbo super store is 10 min. walk as is the Lion metro underground stop .

Great city, fine place to stay

We loved the city and the neighborhood. The apartment was fine but a little shoddy - the doorknob came off in our hands when we entered!

Lacks professionalism

Apartment was fine. Had everything we needed. The neighbourhood is grest too and really close to the metro. Downsides were that we struggled to get checked in as staff couldn't hear us knocking door and buzzing the buzzer as it sounded like there was a party in the office. A lot of noise from hallway anytime someone passed. Also asked them to organize transport to airport but it never showed up. Guys downstairs at reception (not linked to hotel) can do this for you more successfully.

Ok stay, room for improvement

Nice roof top pool area, the hotel is an apartment block with local residence in. The condition of the apartment was average. The sliding door had a massive crack down and the lounge area and bed was not the most comfortable. It provided all kitchen applicances. The reception do not speak English so it is difficult to ask for help if you do not speak Spanish. You are about a 25min walk from the main area, the area it is located is fine. Average stay, could do with an upgrade and improvements, the roof top pool is the best thing about it

Non sono mai riuscito a mettermi in contatto con l'assistenza, in 5 giorni non hanno mai pulito la camera. Nel bagno, l'acqua fa molta fatica a scendere per le tubature. Le condizioni generali dell'appartamento sono molto scarse. Delusione totale.

Quisimos contactarnos para ver el tema de ingreso y estacionamiento, pero no obtuvimos respuesta. Al final tuvimos que ir a la recepción del edificio y consultar al conserje. De principio, no teníamos estacionamiento (siendo que en la publicación decía que si incluía estacionamiento), aunque luego de hablar con el conserje, accedió a facilitarnos el número 31. En cuanto al departamento, estaba limpio, pero la cantidad de frazadas no era acorde a la época estival, por lo que pasamos frío.

Bien situé et pratique

Logement fonctionnel et globalement bien situé. Les installations sont un peu délabrées (porte qui ne ferme pas, robinet détérioré, ventilation perfectible) et les ustensiles pour la cuisine trop peu nombreux. Ménage et vaisselle sont faits chaque jour. La terrasse et la piscine sont un plus et offre une très belle vue.

La única crítica que tengo es que no había cortinas Blackout, era imposible dormir con la luz que entraba, el personal muy amable, la pileta es muy linda, el departamento chico pero cómodo, quizá le falta algo de mantenimiento pero relación precio calidad está OK!. Muy buena ubicación!

マンションの一室をホテルの部屋にしています。なので隣室はマンション住民と言ったケースもザラです。また、検索すると同場所で異なるホテル名が候補に挙がるのは、違うオーナーが同一建物内の部屋をホテルとして提供しているからです。3週間×2回を同僚と予約して判明しました。基本はマンションなのでフロントはなく、1階玄関に管理人がいます。そこはマンションの管理人なので、宿泊しての不具合などは、直接に宿泊者がオーナーと連絡を取ります。 今回、到着便が早朝だったので前日から予約していたが、オーナーが常駐しておず2時間ほど待たされた。 キッチンや食器完備なので長期滞在向き。掃除は日曜以外の毎日入るが、タオル交換は２日に１回のみ。 ちなみにチェックアウトは鍵を部屋に残して退出すればーOKです。(オートロックです)

Ótimo apartamento

O apartamento de dois quartos é super espaçoso. E possui dois banheiros também. Muito confortável, limpo e super bem localizado. Só sentimos falta de uma cafeteira. Possui todos os aparelhos necessarios. A recepção é super simpatica e o administrador também. Tivemos um problema com um disjuntor que foi rapidamente solucionado. O apart possui uma área ótima na cobertura. Adoramos@
