Location was good, walking distance to main attractions. It is on the edge of lastarria district. Neighbourhood is safe but you may want to be cautious of which direction you're walking when exploring after sunset. Room size was good, we had plenty of space for 2. Cleanliness was ok - the place was a bit dated so some areas did look a bit rough. Interesting that the coffee in the room is not included and was a minibar charge, but I guess I missed the sign. Breakfast had the essentials. Front desk was helpful for the most part. They helped with luggage storage. Also got some help when we had trouble with our wine tour booking.

Wonderful experience!

We stayed for only one night arriving after midnight and a long travel day, and Hotel Sommelier was the perfect first stop from which to begin our vacation. The staff and service were exceptional and the hotel is unique, well kept and just lovely!

Great location, food & service

Location was great. We could walk to so many places. Supermarket close by for snacks. Windows are double glazed so street sound was minimal. Plenty of good food for the breakfast. Tap water was the cleanest city water I have ever tasted.

Central warm & inviting

Being central to everything & yet the rooms were quiet (double glazing). The staff were friendly & Miguel the taxi driver they arranged for us was fantastic. We laughed so much. The room was clean & plenty big enough even with the huge bed. Breakfast was filling & I liked there were roast veggies available after so much meat & bread in Chilean meals.
