Great stay for first night in Santiago

We were very happy with our stay. The flight landed very late so it was convenient to be so close to the airport and to have the shuttle service. Also very happy that the restaurant is open 24 hours to satisfy our late hunger.

The shuttle from airport to hôtel is only once every hour, if you miss the xx:15 pickup, you need to Take sometjing else instead of waiting one full hour

They gave me a room that was occupied, and we walked in on other guests having a shower. When we went back to let t hem know they did apologize, and blamed it on the system. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN. If you stay here lick your door from the inside immediately.
