It sucked No air in any rooms they really need to get rid of the moving room air conditioners and up date. We asked the other guests thats how i know there was not air for them either. the unit blow hot air and it was 98 degrees. We bought a fan and left it for future guests. I am willing to bet that the woman at the desk keeps it and takes it home.

Nice Basic Apartment

As apartments go, it is a simple and clean space; living area and sleeping area. Good Water pressure, good wi-fi, noisy on both weekend nights until 12:15 AM, but then silence. Terrific location for walkers and Metro users.

A Comfortable stay in Santiago -great for families

The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a good location. With the bedroom and separate living-kitchen area this gave us enough space for 2 adults and 2 toddlers. The kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast and make sandwiches made from goods bought just downstairs. The only problem was having to walk 2 blocks from the office/hotel with luggage after checking in.

O apartamento é idêntico a foto, bem completo e aconchegante. Fui sozinha então foi muito tranquilo, checkin, recepção, todos muito educados e prestativos apesar de eu falar somente português. Boa localização, recomendo.

Excelente custo beneficio, ótima localização

Preço justo, excelente custo beneficio. Pontos negativos: não possui secador de cabelo, cofre, poucos utensílios de cozinha. Em 5 dias, a limpeza foi feita apenas uma vez. Pontos positivos: excelente localização, perto de diversos pontos turísticos, mercado, bares. Dica: não use taxi comum, a maioria dos taxistas do Chile não são honestos, use Uber, Metrô ou Ônibus.

O apart hotel atendeu as espectativas, principalmente pela relação custo-benéfico e excelente localização. Pontos negativos: em 5 dias fizeram apenas uma limpeza no quarto, existem poucos utensílios na cozinha. Voltaria a me hospedar.

Excelente custo-benefício, perto de tudo, voltaria a me hospedar. Pontos negativos: ficamos 5 dias e apenas uma limpeza foi feita no quarto, pedimos um quarto com cama de casal, recebemos um quarto com duas camas de solteiro, apesar da reclamação, recebemos informação de que não havia disponibilidade de outro quarto, existem poucos utensílios na cozinha.

Foi muito boa, tirando o cheiro de cigarro que estava no apart, foi tudo bem. Localização é ótima, o prédio é bom. A limpeza foi feita como o combinado (a cada 3 dias). O wifi do nosso apartamento não funcionava, tivemos que conectar a outra rede que estava disponível.

Muito bem localizado. O quarto é exatamente como nas fotos. Por se tratar de um apto não espere serviço de quarto, pois só é feito uma vez a cada 3 dias. De modo geral gostei muito e recomendo.

Excelente opção para famílias

Ficamos em 3 apartamentos. Todos muito agradáveis e bem equipados. O único incidente foi o aluguel da garagem que não nos avisaram que era cobrado por dia e não por pernoite, o que elevou os custos.

L'appartement était très bien. Mais c'est un peu déroutant, de partir de l'hôtel sans trop savoir où l'on va, pour rejoindre l'immeuble où se situe l'appartement. Sinon très bon séjour.

Bom apartamento. Bom custo-benefício.

O apartamento fica a uma quadra do hotel Vegas (local do check in). Isso não é problema pois um funcionário do hotel nos conduz até o quarto para nos dar as explicações necessárias. Fizemos uma reserva para um quarto de não fumante porém o quarto que recebemos estava puro cigarro. Reclamamos e rapidamente providenciaram a troca. O novo apartamento também estava com cheiro de cigarro, porém dessa vez era suportável. Não quis solicitar uma nova troca poisa estava muito cansado. Próximo ao metro.
