Location and mall convenience was fantastic. Service was a little arrogant, maybe they were confusing professional with snubby. Hotel was perfectly adequate. Brand new. Very clean. You have to pay for parking (on a daily basis). In order to check out you have to wait in the lobby until they check the mini fridge. A little archaic
