"We had a wonderful stay at this small, family-owned hotel in the Galápagos. The service was exceptional from start to finish — the owner personally made sure every detail was taken care of and that we had everything we needed. The staff spoke excellent English, which made communication easy and stress-free. The location was perfect, close to everything yet still quiet and relaxing. "El Barranco Galapagos is a fantastic hotel! Breakfasts were delicious the staff friendly and accommodating, the location excellent for dining shopping and access to tours from the wharf. Our maid even did our laundry! We stayed in the family cabin which included a kitchen 4 bedrooms a hot tub and its own patio. It was spotless! We hated to leave!"

"Carlos at reception was excellent. Earplugs given at checkin for the late night party (3am municipal at the docks). Help and advice when we couldn’t reach our tour contact. Clean and spacious room, efficient and quiet AC, amazing view, nice breakfast. Bed was a little hard by North American standards but quite comfortable "

"Everything was wonderful, rooms are small but we hardly spent any time in it and the bed was just fine to fall asleep on after a long day of adventures! Rooms are well cleaned as well towels. Pool area is great, location is nice and quiet but easy walking distance to anything. "
